Hello. My name is Banke Alawaye.
I’m mostly known for being an expert in exploiting digital tools for business growth and my awesome presentations. With over 20 years of work experience with many businesses, I’ve been helping personal brands and organisations make the best of digital tools for years.
I’m a Chartered Management Consultant. Have a B.Sc in Computer Science, a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Scotland and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Pan African University’s Enterprise Development Centre. My work experience spans investment banking, software development, management consulting and digital marketing.
I am CTO and co-founder at aCubed Limited, a business management firm based in Lagos Nigeria.
I have extensive background serving both Government and Private Sector clients, including being the pioneer program manager CodeLagos – an initiative to train 1 million Lagos residents to code and leading a Pan-African digital marketing agency serving blue-chip clients across Africa.
I serve as a mentor and facilitator in the Facebook sponsored DigifyAfrica initiative and with Founders Institute. I also provide mentorship to women tech entrepreneurs through my Girls-in-Glasses programme. I’m a passionate advocate for women in technology and was recognised as Digital Frontier Woman by DecadeOfWomen – an initiative of the United Nations.
